Justyna Sobolewska is a literary critic, writer, and journalist working for the Polityka weekly. Author of a collection of essays, „A book about reading," editor of a selection of short stories by Kornel Filipowicz, "My dear, proud province," and author of the biography of Kornel Filipowicz, "Miron, Ilia, Kornel. A biographical tale about Kornel Filipowicz" nominated for the Upper Silesian Literary Award Juliusz. Co-author of the book "Stówka. Read it again", written with Anna Dziewit Meller. Laureate of the PIK Laurel awarded for promoting readership by the Polish Book Chamber. She chairs the chapter of the Literary Award of the Capital City of Warsaw. She is a jury member of the Witold Gombrowicz Literary Award and the Angelus Central European Literature Award. She lives in Warsaw.
