Is working in the management of the Berlin International Film festival since more than 25 years. Programme-organization, organizational development and the coordination of special events are the main fields of his work. Since the beginning of his work within the festival the viewing and selection of short films has always been a heartbeat of his work. So he is a member of the selection committee of the Berlinale Short section and in charge of the coordination of the Berlinale Special section and strategic projects.
