Director of the Opolskie Lamy Film Festival, organiser of the 1st Independent Film Festival Przez Czerń 2000 in Opole, organiser of two nationwide film symposia at the Opole University: Sentenced to Mystery and Hidden Religiousness of Cinema 2000/2001, creator of the Film Academy for children and teenagers and the Lama Movie Cultural Education series. Theatre educator, working with the Jan Kochanowski Theatre in Opole as well as with the Opole Puppet and Actor Theatre. President of the Opolskie Lamy Association, director of the Oleska 45 Cultural Centre and the Meduza Cinema in Opole.
