Educator and coach with over ten years' experience. He specialises in sexology, psychological support and crisis intervention. In his work, he focuses on counteracting the social and psychological effects of discrimination. He works as a coach for group training focusing on equality issues, inclusivity, human rights, sexual health prevention and sex education. His work concentrates on countering the social, psychological and sexological effects of discrimination. For more than ten years he has been advocating for people at risk of exclusion. In cooperation with Polish and foreign NGOs, he actively supports people with disabilities, the LGBTQIA+ community and national, ethnic and religious minorities. He provides support to large companies in the implementation of equality strategies, helping them to create an inclusive workplace.
