He works predominantly with LGBTQIA+ people, focusing on self-acceptance, gender and sexual identity and relationship development. For over ten years he has been active in the NGO community, helping people at risk of social exclusion. He supervises the helpline team and provides training for those working in the helping professions. His work focuses on promoting sexual health, providing quality education and dispelling stereotypes about gender and sexual identity. He combines medical and inclusive language while also educating the sexology community and medical staff on this subject. He collaborates with several diversity specialists and awareness campaigns.
