For many years she served as a commissioning editor at Polish Television (Telewizja Polska), where films such as Marta Prus' award-winning Over the Limit, Karolina Bielawska's Tell Me Marianna, Michal Marczak's All Sleepless Nights and Paweł Ziemilski's In Touch were produced under her direction in co-production with TVP. She also works with the large media group ATM GRUPA, where she is the lead producer on many documentary projects.
Pinot Films is a creative production company founded by Marta Dużbabel and Agnieszka Rostropowicz in 2020. The company primarily provides professional production support as well as marketing, distribution and promotional services from the early development stage. The producers have combined their experience in both production activities and long-term cooperation in the field of marketing and film promotion to support both feature and documentary projects as well as television series.
