In her professional life Katarzyna has always combined film production with film education. Hence her several hats: founder and producer at My Way Studio, film production company; deputy director at the Andrzej Wajda Centre For Film Culture, responsible for film education; co-director of Doc Lab Poland, workshops for professional documentary filmmakers and a head of CEDOC, Central European Coproduction Market for documentary films held each year since 2015 during the Krakow Film Festival. Before, in year 2005-2015 Katarzyna worked as Managing Director of Wajda School & Studio. Her recent credits as producer include a feature documentary „Vika!” directed by Agnieszka Zwiefka, a co-production with HBO MAX, ma.ja.de/ Germany and Pytsymetsa/Finland, presented at the festival in the Polish Competition. Another feature docs, „5 Pills Away”, by Karolina Domagalska and "Madam Rebel" by Radka Franczak are currently in advanced stage of production.
