The Human Library – chat with the heroes of the YOUNG HEADS campaign – UNAWEZA Foundation
Just like in a real library, the Reader of The Human Library can choose from a whole range of titles. The difference is that here, books are people and instead of reading, there is conversation. A reader who comes to The Human Library registers and gets a library card. Then they get acquainted with the Catalog of available titles of Human Books - people representing marginalised groups dealing with stereotypes and prejudices against them. The selection of Human Books addresses the current needs of a given community and is based on the local context.
