What does the internet know about us? A discussion following the film “Made to Measure”, dir. Hans Block, Moritz Riesewieck, Cosima Terrasse
PL
Is it possible to write our biography based on the data we unconsciously leave online? Who manipulates us on the internet, and how do they do that? What tools can we use to defend ourselves against disinformation? And finally: how can we manage our emotions so that we do not become perpetrators or victims of cyberbullying? These questions are addressed by the film "Made to Measure", which shows how little it takes for corporations to know our interests, needs or character traits through our Google search activity. We will discuss these issues with our guests: psychologists, social activists and representatives of the world of science, local government and EU structures responsible for the development of digital citizenship.
