What are the philosophical models of hermitic life? What are the benefits of an attitude of withdrawal, distance and solitude? The extreme example of the film's protagonist demonstrates the value of even just being by oneself in the garden of nature. For a long time, both Western and Eastern philosophies have been drawing up descriptions and theories of human attitudes that presuppose the need to distance oneself, which becomes the basis for understanding one's place in nature, or the importance of nature in one's enclosed world. It is worth exploring at least a few of these.
